Ai2 is an independent organisation operating at the clients’ request. We only make use of the latest ICT technology and up to date service provided by banks and insurance agencies in the Netherlands. Ai2 has been certified by the Dutch Authority Consumer and Market (ACM, previously known as NMA) which guarantees that Ai2 follows all statutory rules.
Any party or business in the ornamental horticulture sector such as growers, exporters, importers, trade companies or suppliers such as packaging companies, IT businesses, etc.
Transactions are managed by Stichting Beheer Transactiegelden Ai2 - our Third-Party Funds Management Foundation.
We use trust accounts to separate money flows to avoid amounts collected on behalf of our customers mixing up in Ai2’s business assets.
Stichting Beheer Transactiegelden Ai2 manages the sums collected and paid and is head by an independent board.

Ai2 is free of charge for buyers with outstanding amounts.
Suppliers should check our current pricing schedule on our website.
Ai2 does not require product information in order to collect payment. We only require the name of the supplier, the name of the customer, a reference number, date and the amount due both including and excluding VAT.

If you are a buyer and your supplier wants to collect payment through Ai2, you just have to fill out the standing authorisation. You can register by clicking the sign up button.
Incasso-online is a fully automated and secured debt collection system designed specifically for people doing business in the ornamental horticulture sector. When you log in as an Ai2 customer to manage your transactions you are automatically redirected to Incasso-online which is designed specifically to manage transactions on a large scale with different parties at once.
Incasso-online offers complete insight in settled and future transactions.
After you log in as a payee you can find customers by their name or number.
Your supplier informs you that payment for your purchase is collected through Ai2. On the day of collecting your payment, you will also receive an email from us stating the total amount of the collection. We recommend you to log in and check your balance regularly and see how it is built up. Incasso-online offers a complete overview of suppliers collecting payment from your account.
After logging in you can automatically send a standard invitation of Ai2 to your customer by email.

When you log in to Incasso-online you will find current transactions under the header amounts payable and receivable.
When you log in to Incasso-online you can find sent messages under the header sent messages.
When you log in to Incasso-online you can find the option to re-send or download your missing invoice under the header request invoice.
When you log in to Incasso-online you can find the option to request several reports under the header report.
The daily billing statement provides all data regarding your purchases and sales categorised in high, low and no VAT products, single or multiple packaging and packaging rentals.
The weekly billing statement shows the sum of all daily billing statements in said week also providing separate total daily sums.
The monthly billing statement shows the sum of all daily billing statements in said month also providing separate total daily sums.
The annual billing statement shows the sum of all daily billing statements in said year also providing separate total daily sums.
Yes, the option to request a VAT-statement for a certain period is found under the header report. It provides insight in your purchases and sales per country and per VAT number.
As of 1 February 2016 it is possible to find delivery notes using the number under which it was filed and vice versa.
You can find the incoming and outgoing flow of all packaging from or to your customers in the summary of the packaging administration.
Only one standing SEPA authorisation for companies is required in order for Ai2 to collect payment from you on behalf of your suppliers.

Yes, Ai2 processes EAB notices when you use the letter format of Flora Holland connect Aalsmeer and the Ai2 auction.
The auction has probably not been activated yet, please contact your software supplier.
You are providing an unknown supplier number. Please contact us to solve this issue.
As of 1 February 2016 Ai2 publishes EAB notice numbers and notice line numbers on daily billing statements and auction collection reports. The EAB numbers can be found on a separate site in Incasso-online through the daily billing statement.
